Talk show: “Conquering Full-ride Scholarship for Graduate Education”

With the aspiration to grow and to enrich the experience in specific fields, many students from School of Economics and International Business show great interest in the opportunities to be exposed to world-class education. Therefore, School of Economics and International Business held the talk show “Conquering Full-ride Scholarship for Graduate Education” which was hosted by 2 alumni from the Advanced Program in International Business Economics with the aim to get our students to be well-prepared.

Speakers profile:

– Mr. Luong Manh Ha (Advanced Program student – K51)

  • Immigration Officer of New Zealand Ministry of business, innovation and employment leading agency 
  • Co-founder of YBOX Vietnam
  • Manager of several social and business projects

– Mr. Nguyen The Long (Advanced Program student – K49)

  • Massachusetts Amherst University incoming Ph.D. student in optimized technology solutions for business 
  • Employee in Vingroup
  • Sponsorship manager in Grab

The talk show created an open and in-depth discussion among the speakers and the audiences. In addition, our students were inspired and motivated to take action for their future plans. At the end of the event, Luong and Nguyen brought to all students a special package with the hope to support them as much as possible on the journey to their dream graduate schools.
