The seminar organized followed the orientation \u201ctaking students development as core and taking the output standard as a criterion for training.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The content of the seminar consisted of two parts: Quality assurance of higher education &amp; Development of training programs. The conference has received many high-quality contributions from lecturers, scientists and experts working in Vietnam and other countries.
