The advanced program responsible by the School of Economics and International Business, Foreign Trade University, is a bachelor’s degree program in English. This is a joint training program between Foreign Trade University and Colorado State University (USA). The program has been launched since the 2008-2009 academic year, and was the first advanced program in the field of external economics allowed by the Ministry of Education and Training to be carried out in Vietnam. The advanced program of the School of Economics and International Business is being evaluated by the Ministry of Education and Training as one of the best current advanced programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. School\u2019s partners<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The partner of the advanced program conducted by the School of Economics and International Business is Colorado State University (CSU). With more than 140 years of development, CSU, one of the largest multi-field universities in the western and southwestern of the United States, has asserted its top position. In 2016, CSU was ranked in the top group among the best public universities in the United States by U.S.News and Report. In 2015, the university was also among the top 267 best-performing undergraduate colleges in the United States. In addition, CSU is also a wonderful university because of its second most beautiful landscape among the ones in the United States, just behind Stanford University.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Educational environment<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All training programs are accredited by CSU, taught by CSU\u2019s professors and leading lecturers of FTU and other reputed universities. Through advanced program, students will experience a 100% English learning environment. Students will have the opportunity to interact directly with CSU\u2019s professors and be entitled to explore the CSU’s online library for study. In addition to in-class periods, students will have the chance to cultivate theoretical and practical knowledge by participating in many seminars and workshops as well as to take internship in businesses and State agencies.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Diplomas<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Advanced program is the single one at FTU after which, students will be granted two bachelor degrees. The students transferred to CSU in 1 year according to 3 + 1 form will receive bachelor\u2019s degree in economics granted by CSU in two majors: economics (main major) and business (sub-major), along with bachelor\u2019s degree in economics granted by Foreign Trade university in the two above majors. Students studying all the program at FTU will receive bachelor\u2019s degree in economics granted by FTU level along with the certificate of courses completion granted by Colorada State University.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Scholarship<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Students pursuing advanced programs at FTU will be granted a full or part-time CSU scholarship upon transferring to the United States in their final year. Specifically, students will be reduced 8,000USD\/ year (equivalent to 30% tuition). Excellent students will be offered a full scholarship for their fourth year at CSU. During their studies, students also have the opportunities to receive post- graduate scholarship to study at CSU or other prestigious universities in the US and European countries.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
